We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our supportive and dynamic team at Cristini Athletics. You’ll work alongside experienced physiotherapists and fitness professionals in a state-of-the-art, 5,000 sq/ft gym environment, treating a diverse and athletic client base.

REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification from a recognized institution (must be in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario)
• Completion of a massage therapy program (diploma/certificate required)
• Minimum 1 year of massage therapy experience (preferred, but new grads welcome)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary health and wellness team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to maintain a busy schedule
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with massage therapy techniques

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services to diverse clients, including athletes and the general public
• Assess clients’ conditions and create individualized treatment plans focused on recovery, injury prevention, and wellness
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes in accordance with regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and health goals
• Collaborate with other health professionals, including physiotherapists and fitness coaches, to deliver integrated care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest massage therapy techniques and best practices in the industry
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities
