The role of the Registered Massage Therapist at Elora Mill Spa is to provide a relaxing, comforting massage that is tailored to the guests concerns. We provide traditional massage and unique body experiences that are designed to entice our guests through a journey of healing, and total body rejuvenation.
Our therapists take great pride in establishing a genuine connection with each spa guest. With extensive knowledge of the body’s anatomy they will use their techniques to assist guests in achieving overall wellness while releasing their aches, pains and stresses of the day.
Our starting rate at $47.00 is inclusive of base rate, progressive service and retail commission structure, and gratuities. We offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to work full-time or part-time based on your availability.

• A massage therapist is responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience.
• Ability to perform 30-90 minute massages with frequent bending and standing throughout scheduled shift.
• Guide clients through service offerings and determine which treatment is most beneficial.
• Take detailed client history and note any health conditions
• Maintain accurate client records
• Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
• Exceptional customer service skills
