• Valid RMT certification and registration (in good standing)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
• Genuine passion for holistic wellness and eco-conscious practices

• Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments using a variety of modalities
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records
• Foster positive relationships with clients to support repeat visits and referrals
• Work collaboratively with spa staff to ensure an exceptional client experience
• Keep your treatment area clean, organized, and aligned with spa standards
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in massage therapy
