QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical or wellness-focused setting
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in helping clients manage pain, reduce stress, and improve their overall wellness. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively with our on-site physiotherapy and chiropractic practitioners to provide integrated care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver effective massage therapy sessions using modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other techniques as appropriate
• Educate clients on home care, injury prevention, and the benefits of regular massage
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to support client recovery and wellness
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and client comfort in treatment rooms
• Stay current with industry trends and continuing education
