Job Overview:
We are seeking two part-time or one full time skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments to clients, helping them relax, relieve pain, and improve their overall well-being. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and knowledge of medical terminology, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various massage techniques to address clients’ specific needs and preferences
- Assess clients’ conditions and medical histories to determine the most suitable massage techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client comfort throughout the massage session
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Stay informed about current industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing the practice of massage therapy
Qualifications:
- Valid Massage Therapist license in the province of Alberta
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to adapt massage techniques based on clients’ individual needs and preferences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate client records

Pay: $26.34-$71.06 per hour
