  • Familiarity with CMTO, NHPC, or other relevant regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly experienced Massage Therapy Subject Matter Expert (SME) to review and provide feedback on our Massage Therapy course curriculum. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of massage therapy practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in Alberta.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct a thorough review of the existing Massage Therapy program curriculum
  • Provide expert recommendations for content updates, alignment with industry standards, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with CMTO (or relevant regulatory body) guidelines
  • Suggest improvements for hands-on training, theoretical knowledge, and assessment methods
  • Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course structure and learning outcomes
