Located in Richmond, a growing community in Ottawa south/west, Willow Wellness is a growing wellness hub bringing holistic health and wellness to a wide range of people.

Currently, we are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join us. As an Independent Contractor, using your dynamic people skills, you will achieve high client engagement and welcomed outcomes with the people you serve. With a belief in providing exceptional service, you also embrace ongoing learning and creativity and will hold true to Willow Wellness values of kindness and connection, diversity and integrity.
Core Competencies: You will provide a variety of safe, appropriate and effective massage services utilizing different techniques in accordance with client care plans or as directed. You believe in continuous feedback and are able to observe client reaction to massage and make needed adjustments. You practice from a trauma-informed perspective and practice consent-based body work. You appreciate a health-at-every-size approach.
The ideal candidate will have availability part-time to full-time, including some evenings and/or some Saturdays.
Collaboration among allied health practitioners is important to us at Willow Wellness. You will be joining a team of Physiotherapy, Osteopathic Manual Therapy, Social Work, Registered Massage Therapy, Yoga Therapists and other holistic practitioners. This team is invested in providing comprehensive holistic treatment for our clients and community. We also have a movement/yoga program on-site with many amazing instructors leading a variety of classes for all abilities.
Must have: Membership with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and be in good standing; Professional liability insurance
