Job Description First Colonial Inn, a Kisco Senior Living community, is seeking a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to provide exceptional care to our residents. Pay & Shift Differentials Base Pay: $18.75/hour Evening Shift: $20.25/hour (+$1.50 differential) Overnight Shift: $21.25/hour (+$2.50 differential) Schedule Shifts Available: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Requirements Medication Aide Certification (required) CNA / NA or PCA certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Current First Aid and CPR certification Must be 21 years of age (or meet state requirements) Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities Administer and document medications accurately Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly Assist with daily living activities while promoting independence Track and reorder medications as needed Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company policies Support resident-centered wellness programs Benefits Paid Vacation: Up to 11 days per year Sick Time: 40 hours per year Paid Holidays: 7 per year Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Free Meal Each Shift Plus Additional Benefits Not Listed Why Work With Us? Responsibilities

The Registered Medication Aide will administer and document medications accurately while monitoring residents for changes in condition. They will also assist with daily living activities and maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies.
