JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Clinician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality client care via 1:1 virtual counselling sessions. The ideal candidate will have experience 4+ years experience working with addictions and substance misuse. The clinician will be working as part of a new team that specializes in addiction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Current Registration with a provincial body or college for regulated mental health professionals
• Experience working with addictions
• Experience providing 1:1 counselling and workshops
• Must have a relevant Master’s Degree
• Additional training in addictions in a strong asset
  This position is for an Independent Contractor. The income will be based on a fee-split.

  Pay: $60.00-$100.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, particularly in adult populations
• Develop treatment goals and plans of care to support clients in psychotherapeutic work
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
