REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH NURSE (NIGHTS)

Service: Locked Mental Health Rehabilitation Service
Contract: Part-Time, Nights Only – 37.5 Hours per Week
Shift Pattern: TBC - 3 shifts per week inclusive of some weekends
Salary: £38,902.50 per annum (£19.95 per hour, including paid breaks) + £2,000 Welcome Bonus*
Active Pathways is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Brookhaven and The Hamptons, located in Bamber Bridge, close to Preston. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a 14-bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service, providing essential care and support to help individuals live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities

As a Night Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with enduring mental health needs. You’ll be responsible for supporting recovery, promoting independence and ensuring the safety and well-being of the people we support throughout the night. Your duties will include creating care plans, administering medication, monitoring mental and physical health, and responding calmly and effectively to any challenges that arise. You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a supportive and recovery-focused environment.
