ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our friendly nursing home team in Etwall. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred mental health and nursing care to our residents. This is a part-time role offering 22 hours per week, with flexibility on days and nights.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide professional mental health nursing care to residents with varying needs, including dementia, depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions.
  • Administer prescribed medication safely and effectively.
  • Develop, review, and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Monitor residents’ mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, escalating concerns where appropriate.
  • Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and therapeutic environment.
