We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Research Registered Midwife to join our dynamic team and support the delivery of high-quality Clinical Research. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative research while providing compassionate, culturally appropriate care to a diverse range of study participants.
As a Clinical Research Midwife, you will ensure the ethical and timely delivery of care, acting as a strong advocate for patients involved in clinical trials. You will apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse midwifery practice and respond appropriately to the changing needs and conditions of trial participants, including emergency situations. Effective communication and the ability to build therapeutic and professional relationships with participants and multidisciplinary teams are essential. You may also assist with data collection, entry, and analysis as required.
