Our care spans antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal services, gynaecology, neonatal special care nursery support and domiciliary care, all provided by a collaborative multidisciplinary team. We are inviting Transition to Practice midwives in their first two to three years to join a continuity of midwifery care model that supports full‑scope practice and meaningful professional growth. You will work within a small, supportive team, receive dedicated mentoring and access strong clinical education resources, while managing a reduced 75%25 caseload to support your learning. On‑call commitments for labour and birth occur during your set days, eight days per fortnight. This role offers the chance to shape your professional development in partnership with a Clinical Midwife Consultant while making a genuine difference to women and families.
