The Staff Development Unit (SDU) is CHS’s largest and most dynamic training hub, driving professional growth across the organisation from its base on the Canberra Hospital Campus. SDU leads learning and development for clinical, technical, and administrative staff, delivers innovative education programs, and powers CHS’s digital learning through its eLearning development and LMS management. In this role, you’ll create and deliver impactful training, support teams across the CHS network, facilitate the Advanced Lactation Course, and contribute to Baby Friendly Health Initiative accreditation. Working within an inter‑professional education team, you’ll bring targeted, high‑quality training to diverse clinical settings and help shape a confident, capable workforce.
