Franciscan Health Olympia Fields Campus 20201 S Crawford Ave Olympia Fields, Illinois 60461 CATH LAB The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing total comprehensive nursing to patients and their families through the development of a plan of care, including implementing, reassessing, evaluating and revising the plan of care. The RN develops these patient-specific plans by performing psychosocial/physiologic assessments, considering patients' cultural/ ethical/ spiritual needs, reviewing trends of similar patients, as well as considering physicians' orders regarding care. The RN integrates knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care to include patient and family education, and actively supports and incorporates nursing regulations and standards, as well as Franciscan Alliance processes and procedures in daily practice. Roughly every third Current Openings for 0.8 FTE Days Preferred: 1 year of Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional radiology, or special procedures experience QUALIFICATIONS Required: Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing/Patient Care from an accredited program Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing/Patient Care from an accredited program Required: Experienced nurses are welcome to apply A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs Prime Healthcare will add the 214‑bed Franciscan Health Olympia Fields Hospital and Franciscan’s Illinois operations, including Specialty Physicians of Illinois LLC, Working Well’s Illinois operations, Franciscan Health & Fitness Center Chicago Heights, Home Care, and Chicago Heights Walk-In Clinic, to its system.
