As a Registered Nurse, the role will encompass a wide range of tasks focused on patient care, safety & education. In this role you will also experience working with patient’s with Dementia, Delirum & other behavioural & psychological needs related to Geriatric co-hort. The role will encompass assessing patients, medication handling, performing in-charge duties & collaborating with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
