Registered Nurse Job Description: Recruit by Nature are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated part time Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our clients dynamic team within private healthcare on days within one of their modern Nursing Homes located in the heart of Newark. As a Registered Nurse you will play a crucial role with the clinical nursing skills you have by delivering high-quality patient care to the residents at the Nursing Home, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

RGN/RMN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans
  • Monitoring and assessing residents’ health status and progress
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing support and guidance to care assistants and other team members
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and private healthcare professionals
