Registered Nurse Job Description: Recruit by Nature are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated part time Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our clients dynamic team within private healthcare on days or nights within one of their modern Nursing Homes located in the heart of Leek. As a Registered Nurse you will play a crucial role with the clinical nursing skills you have by delivering high-quality patient care to the residents at the Nursing Home, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

RGN KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans
  • Monitoring and assessing residents’ health status and progress
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing support and guidance to care assistants and other team members
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and private healthcare professionals
