As a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, you will:

- Deliver a range of specialist mental health interventions

- Conduct triage, comprehensive and risk assessments, and clinical formulations

- Manage risks and develop safety plans

- Provide brief psychoeducation and crisis support

Collaborate closely with clients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless, person-centred care and effective discharge planning
