Join our skilled nursing team at the Monticello Hospital as an Administrative Supervisor. As the nursing administrative leader on staff, you'll have shift responsibility for patient, staff, and facilities on the hospital campus. You'll be working weekends, so you'll be the go-to for any administrative issues that arise. You will lead and coordinate daily workflow, monitor and make adjustments based on work requirement in day-today staffing and scheduling, have outstanding communication, and identify and work to resolve issues, among other leadership responsibilities. The departments that you will oversee include: Med/Surg, ICU, Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit (GBHU), Birth Center, Emergency Department, On-call Surgical Services, Respiratory Therapy, Lab and Imaging! Schedule: Part-time 24 hours every two weeks Every other Saturday and Sunday 6:30a.m.-7p.m. Pay and Benefits: Starting pay begins at $46.48 per hour Pay Range: $46.48-$69.74 Benefits include PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! Qualifications: Bachelors Degree upon hire. Bachelors degree of Nursing preferred. Registered Nurse License in the state of Minnesota. 2 years Registered Nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within 3 months Previous supervisory experience preferred. Knowledgeable of regulatory standards. CentraCare – Monticello: 25-bed critical access hospital including Birthing Center, Medical/Surgical Unit, Pediatrics, ICU, and Same Day Surgery Services. 10-bed Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit. Extensive Outpatient Services: Level IV Emergency Department with ambulance service, Heart Care, Surgical Services, Sleep Center, Diabetes & Nutrition Education, Integrated Behavioral Health, Vascular Care, and Wound Care.
