Alfred Carson utilize state-of-the-art equipment providing Residents with quality care and easier working conditions for our staff.

CASUAL ROLE

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Registered Nurses interested in casual position at Aegis Alfred Carson Facility.

Within this role you will be a champion of high quality, safe and effective nursing that aligns with the resident preference and best practice by:

• Undertaking clinical, social and self-care assessments.
• Anticipate residents’ changing health needs and initiate further assessments or referrals.
• Support residents and their families by addressing their queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns

You will be responsible for compliance:

• Ensuring all care documentations are completed with the appropriate strategies implemented.
• Identifying and managing clinical risk in the aged care setting

Your role within the team would involve:

• Supporting, coaching, monitoring, and mentoring the unregulated care workers.
• Providing support to the Clinical Nurse Manager and clinical expertise to the care team
