Aegis Amberley has been designed to offer a broad range of accommodation and lifestyle options for 111 residents in four wings. Accommodation comprises of single and double rooms with a large ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. The different areas or wings all have lounge and dining areas and access to our courtyard areas.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Part-Time position (AM, PM)
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Registered Nurses interested in Permanent-part time position at Aegis Amberley Facility.

Within this role you will be a champion of high quality, safe and effective nursing that aligns with the resident preference and best practice by:

• Undertaking clinical, social and self-care assessments.
• Anticipate residents’ changing health needs and initiate further assessments or referrals.
• Support residents and their families by addressing their queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns

You will be responsible for compliance:

• Ensuring all care documentations are completed with the appropriate strategies implemented.
• Identifying and managing clinical risk in the aged care setting

Your role within the team would involve:

• Supporting, coaching, monitoring, and mentoring the unregulated care workers.
• Providing support to the Clinical Nurse Manager and clinical expertise to the care team
