Description We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Plastic Surgery practice as a full-time Nurse Injector. In this role, you will perform Botox treatments, support clinical procedures, and deliver a high-quality patient experience in a professional cosmetic setting. This position is ideal for an RN who combines strong clinical judgment with aesthetic precision and enjoys building long-term patient relationships. Key Responsibilities · Administer Botox injections in accordance with established protocols and best practices. · Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, vital signs, and facial anatomy evaluation. · Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician and aligned with patient goals. · Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare instructions, potential risks, and benefits to ensure informed consent. · Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record. · Assist with in-office procedures and support pre- and post-operative patient care as needed. · Monitor for and appropriately manage complications or adverse reactions. · Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control standards, and state scope-of-practice regulations. · Maintain proper storage, handling, and inventory of Botox and related medical supplies. · Participate in ongoing education and training related to aesthetic and non-surgical treatments. Requirements Experience & Qualifications · Active and unrestricted RN license in the applicable state. · Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required. · Prior experience administering Botox in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical aesthetic setting preferred. · Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection technique. · Experience with patient assessment, vital signs, and clinical documentation. · Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, polished demeanor appropriate for a cosmetic practice.
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will primarily administer Botox injections following protocols, conduct thorough patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician. Responsibilities also include educating patients, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with in-office procedures and post-operative care.
