As a Registered Nurse with AnglicareSA, you’ll be at the heart of creating a safe, respectful and supportive environment where every resident feels valued. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will ensure older South Australians can live with dignity, comfort and choice.
You’ll guide and support our dedicated care team, acting as a trusted leader and mentor, while ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care. Every shift, you’ll see the difference your care makes — not just to individuals, but to families and the broader community.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Acting as a role model and mentor, inspiring and coaching care staff to grow and provide compassionate, values-based service.
  • Creating meaningful experiences that enhance residents’ quality of life and sense of belonging.
  • Coordinating and maintaining quality systems, championing continuous improvement in all aspects of care.
  • Leading with empathy and clarity, delegating tasks appropriately and supporting your team to thrive.
