About the Role As an Agency Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver high-quality clinical and person-centred care
• Administer medications and complete clinical assessments
• Support residents with complex healthcare needs
• Work across a variety of residential aged care facilities
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Essential RequirementsCurrent AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• Minimum 12 months recent Residential Aged Care RN experience
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
