QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating strong organisational skills.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status, including monitoring vital signs and documenting changes.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in the coordination of patient care activities across various departments.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
