- Monitor care plans and coordinate services with other disciplines or agencies

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure safe and effective care

- Provide health promotion and education to patients, clients, carers, and groups

- Support clinical learning for students, new staff, and graduates.

RN/M2C

- Provide proficient, person-centred nursing care and individual case management in a defined clinical area

- Monitor care plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and evaluate patient progress

- Assist the Nurse Unit Manager with management, clinical, and quality improvement activities

- Participate in clinical teaching, mentoring, and professional development for staff and students

- Promote continuity and consistency of care and act as a resource within your team.
