About the Casual Workforce Unit
Join Cabrini’s Casual Workforce Unit and enjoy the flexibility to work around your lifestyle while gaining experience across a variety of clinical settings. We’re currently recruiting passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) for casual positions based at our Malvern and Brighton campuses.
Operating within the Clinical Operations team at Cabrini Malvern, our Casual Nurse Bank offers qualified RNs and ENs the flexibility to work across a range of clinical areas. Whether you’re balancing family, study, or other commitments, this is a great opportunity to stay active in your profession on a schedule that works for you.

Cabrini Casual Workforce is now recruiting Registered Nurses, and Enrolled Nurses with a range of backgrounds and skill sets, including those with experience in:

What you need

To apply for a role within the Cabrini Casual Workforce unit, Nurses must have the following:

  • At least 6 months of proven clinical experience post-completion of grad year.
  • Current AHPRA registration with no conditions as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Additional qualifications relevant to the area(s) you wish to work in if required.
  • A strong focus on patient safety, strong customer service, and a commitment to practice under Cabrini’s mission and values.
  • Well-developed communication skills that facilitate building rapport with patients and families, VMOs and all members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • A flexible and adaptable nature to help you adapt to changing environments
