With empathy and resilience, you will: Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalised care plans Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team Build trusting, genuine relationships with residents and their families while providing emotional support Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and ensure a safe, clean environment for all What you’ll bring You’re an empathetic, respectful and resilient person who genuinely seeks to promote the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of older people.
