Your opportunity This full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday) will see you providing high-quality clinical and person-centred care to clients living independently in their own homes. You’ll travel across the Sydney City/Inner West/Eastern Suburbs with flexibility to support other areas as required. With integrity and empathy, you will: Deliver professional, holistic clinical care that empowers clients to live with dignity and independence Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and their families Contribute to personalised care plans that reflect each person’s individual needs and goals Support and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients Help create a safe, positive and compassionate care environment What you’ll bring Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate nursing experience Experience in aged care or community nursing (preferred) Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (with CTP and TPP insurance) Strong clinical judgement, communication, and organisational skills A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care Why Anglicare?
