About the Role

ApolloCare Home Healthcare is looking for compassionate, responsible and reliable Caregivers to provide personal care, daily living assistance, companionship and general support to patients and elderly clients in their homes.

The caregiver plays an important role in ensuring the patient's comfort, dignity, safety and daily well-being.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients and elderly clients at home.

· Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene.

· Assist with mobility, walking, positioning and safe transfers as required.

· Support patients with feeding and meal-related needs.

· Assist with toileting and continence care.

· Provide companionship and emotional support.

· Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable patient environment.

· Assist with basic household tasks directly related to the patient's care.

· Remind patients about medications according to the approved care plan; do not administer medication unless authorized and appropriately trained.

· Observe and report changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition to the assigned nurse/supervisor.

· Support nurses during patient-care activities when required.

· Maintain accurate daily care records and reports.

· Follow all patient-specific care instructions.

· Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patients and their families.

· Follow infection-control, hygiene and safety procedures.

· Handle patient belongings and personal information responsibly.

· Maintain professional behaviour and appearance while inside the patient's home.

· Maintain punctuality and follow assigned schedules and shift requirements.

· Immediately report accidents, falls, emergencies or other concerns to the assigned nurse/supervisor.

· Follow ApolloCare's policies, SOPs and instructions from the nursing/operations team.

Requirements

· Previous experience as a caregiver, nursing assistant, home care assistant or elderly care worker is preferred.

· Healthcare/homecare experience is an advantage.

· Caregiver certification or relevant healthcare training is preferred.

· Basic English communication skills.

· Compassionate, patient and respectful personality.

· Physically capable of assisting patients with mobility and daily activities.

· Ability to work independently in a patient's home.

· Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

· Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays when required.

About the Role

ApolloCare Home Healthcare is looking for compassionate, professional and clinically competent Registered Nurses to provide safe, patient-centred healthcare services in patients' homes.

The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care while maintaining ApolloCare's standards of professionalism, patient safety, infection control, documentation and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.

· Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs and health conditions.

· Follow the patient's care plan and physician's/nursing supervisor's instructions.

· Administer medications, injections, IV therapy and other nursing procedures within the nurse's scope of practice.

· Provide wound care, dressing changes and post-operative care as required.

· Support patients with chronic conditions and elderly care requirements.

· Provide mother and baby care when appropriately trained and assigned.

· Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition promptly.

· Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes and care documentation.

· Follow medication administration and patient-safety protocols.

· Maintain strict infection-control and hygiene standards.

· Educate patients and family members regarding appropriate care and health practices.

· Communicate professionally with patients, family members, doctors and the nursing supervisor.

· Immediately escalate emergencies, deterioration or other clinical concerns through the appropriate reporting channel.

· Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

· Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are handled properly.

· Maintain professional appearance, punctuality and conduct during every home visit.

· Follow ApolloCare's SOPs, policies, clinical protocols and reporting requirements.

· Participate in training, evaluations and quality-improvement activities.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.

· Valid DHA license/eligibility or ability to obtain the required UAE professional licensing.

· Relevant nursing experience; UAE/home healthcare experience is an advantage.

· Strong clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.

· Good English communication skills.

· Compassionate, patient and respectful approach.

· Ability to work independently in a patient's home.

· Strong documentation and reporting skills.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required by the nature of home healthcare.
