Hixson Gardens Aged Care Facility is located at 1A Hixson Street, Bankstown. The home provides either permanent or respite care as per the resident’s requirements. Caring staff provide the best in professional holistic support, delivering comprehensive clinical care & services focused on helping the aged with specialised nursing, palliative and dementia care.

We are hiring casual RN positions (AM/PM/Night Shifts)

Duties may include:

• The upholding of all policies and philosophies of Lansdowne ACF
• Standards of health and welfare of residents and staff performance in maintain such standards
• Liaison with medical, paramedical and other allied health as required
• Initiating improvements in service delivery and professional performance
• Promotion of a positive image of Lansdowne ACF to residents, staff and the public
• Timely completion of all care plans and other documentation required
• Liaison with pharmacy and compliance with Medication policies
• Participating in Lansdowne ACF Quality program
• Other duties as directed by the Director of Nursing or delegate
