Qualifications required:

  • Qualified Nurse Associate
  • Currently registered with the NMC
  • Training to level 3 in the safeguarding of vulnerable people
  • Demonstrate current/recent preceptorship pathway since joining the NMC registerEvidence of post registration CPD in areas relating to current practice

  • Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Registered Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • You will work alongside other registered healthcare professionals to provide recovery and solution-focused care which is informed by what matters to them
  • You will make a real difference as defined throughout our bespoke Health in Justice Competency Framework following our policies, procedures and always considering safeguarding.
  • Inspire excellence by forging strong links within our teams, our partners and stakeholders and providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of.
  • You will promote patient wellbeing through our overarching Wellbeing Approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding to our patients.
  • Share knowledge and skills to ensure safe care and support each other to do a great job engaging with the process of reflection and supervision.
