SUMMARY

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Associate to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care, support patient assessments, assist with medication administration under supervision and contribute to personalised care plans.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Registered Nurse Associate with a current NMC PIN
  • Experience in clinical nursing support, preferably in primary care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of patient care and confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work during periods of holidays and sickness absence

Responsibilities
  • Assist with clinical observations including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and ECGs
  • Support registered nurses and other healthcare professionals with patient care
  • Administer medication as per local policies and Patient-Specific Directions (PSDs)
  • Perform wound care, including dressing changes and suture removal
  • Provide patient education and health promotion advice
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Participate in safeguarding and infection control procedures
  • Contribute to continuous professional development and team meetings
