Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards. - Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. - Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and improve service delivery. - Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures. - Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. - Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality in all aspects of care. - Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with nursing practices and healthcare advancements. - Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing critical care and support as needed.
