The Registered Nurse works as part of the Health and Wellness Team under the direction of our Executive Director. This position is part-time and the schedule is flexible. Responsibilities Maintain a high degree of resident satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services. Assist with the admission process by providing timely pre-admit assessments to determine Assisted Living eligibility. Coordinate with the Health & Wellness team to determine the care needs of individual residents through routine and change of condition assessments that require intermittent nursing service delegation. Provide training and delegation to Med Techs. Assure resident medication assistance meets regulatory requirements. TB testing for new employees. Maintain community delegation binder. Follow current departmental policies, procedures, and licenses, in accordance with company, Federal, State, and local requirements Qualifications Positive team player attitude and love working with people Valid WA RN license Previous experience in Senior Living preferred Knowledge of various computer systems, particularly PCC A high degree of accuracy in all assignments; ability to manage time effectively Background clearance through the State of Washington
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse maintains high resident satisfaction by delivering quality services and assists with the admission process through assessments. They coordinate care needs and provide training to Med Techs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
