We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Scotland. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice are maintained. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• A valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) PIN is essential for this role.
• A pre-registration nursing qualification from a UK-accredited program or an equivalent overseas qualification.
• For international applicants, you must demonstrate the required level of English language proficiency as set by the NMC. This typically requires a minimum of IELTS (Academic) score of 7.0, with a minimum of 6.5 in the writing section, or an equivalent qualification.
• You must have successfully passed the NMC’s Test of Competence, which includes a computer-based test (CBT) and an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE).
• Proof of your right to work in the UK.
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, or community health centers.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and prescriptions.
• Monitor patient progress, document observations, and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care management.
• Adhere to all clinical governance, safeguarding, and health and safety policies.
• Maintain accurate, legible, and comprehensive patient records.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and healthcare assistants.
