Description
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing services and patient care in variety of settings. This position follows established nursing process, including patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. This position ensures adherence to hospital or department policies, and nursing procedures, standards, and practices. Manages individualized, goal directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and Hospital policies and procedures. This role is responsible for managing individualized, goal-directed nursing care in compliance with departmental and Hospital policies and procedures.
