Responsibilities

Shalom Centre aged care home offers quality care in a shared accommodation setting that is accessible to everyone. The home is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and a caring community. The courtyard café serves fresh, tasty meals and barista-fresh coffee, giving a cosmopolitan flair to the lifestyle here.
As a Registered Nurse, you will enable individuals to live well by applying loving care in all that you do and inspiring your team to do the same. In understanding the unique needs and preferences of each resident in your care, you’ll deliver best practice clinical care that leads with heart. You’ll develop genuine connections and build confidence and trust with your resident and their loved ones whilst supervising and leading your team.
At BaptistCare we believe in delivering the best possible individualised care by keeping our residents at the centre of all we do, promoting their dignity and protecting their choices. Our unique MyTeam® approach supports care teams to work in partnership with a consistent group of residents, enabling genuine connections and an appreciation for the person, their story and their unique needs.
