Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time/Nights 3/12 hour shifts from 7pm-7am with rotating weekends Triangle Springs is a 77-bed behavioral health hospital located in Raleigh, NC. Job Description: Assess the patient and plan care within set time-frames and document findings according to policies. Oversee and supervise the shift. Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc. Oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team. Monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly up to and including notification of the physician. Follow hospital policy for medication administration. Use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients. Delivery of quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies. Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will assess patients, plan care, and supervise the shift while ensuring nursing policies are followed. They will monitor patients for changes in condition and deliver quality nursing care according to treatment plans.
