As a Registered Nurse Behavioral Mental Health you will Provide medical oversight, care, education, and guidance to the youth in your care. Performance will be measured by your individual outcomes, achieving your individual targets/goals, your contribution to your overall program team/department and your buy-in to the culture of the organization. A typical day as a Registered Nurse Behavioral Mental Health consists of medication administration oversight, Medical file record keeping, responding to client medical needs, and working directly with the psychiatrist to provide professional nursing care. A Registered Nurse Behavioral Mental Health should be flexible to work 3 12 hour shifts, including at least one weekend, one minor holiday, and two major holidays. What does this position offer?
