ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Bene St. Agnes in Campbelltown. This permanent morning shift role offers a unique opportunity to provide quality aged care in a supportive and professional environment.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to our residents
• Lead and support care staff across morning shifts, ensuring consistent standards of care
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to clinical needs with empathy and professionalism
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and maintain accurate documentation
• Support and mentor Care Workers, ensuring clinical best practices are followed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for residents and staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure holistic care planning and deliver
