  Bolton Clarkes Seabrook is a 122 bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Deception Bay

The Job

• Use your exceptional clinical skills to deliver personalised care to our residents in this 94-bed home
• Ensuring an effective and person-centred care and service delivery for all customers
• Provide safe and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating care for customers in accordance with scope of practice, and coordinated health and allied services care planning.
• Be fully supported with Registered Nurse Supervisors, a Clinical Care Manager and Enrolled Nurses on site

Requirements of this job include

• Commitment to the Aged Care industry and experience within Australia
• Professional clinical skills.
• High level of English skills written and verbal.
• Collaborative and friendly approach to all team members
