    About the Opportunity
    We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses with a passion to work in Aged Care to work with a great supportive team.
    Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with Aged Care and Bolton Clarke standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, evaluating, and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Day to day delivery and management of high-quality care needs of residents whilst ensuring that all residents are respected and treated with empathy and dignity
  • Manage and direct AIN’s and PCW in day-to-day activities for residents
  • Support the Residential Manager/Care Manager to fulfil the objectives they have for the effective and efficient management of the facility
  • Recording accurate medical records on each resident in line with the documentation guidelines and the legal issues of report writing
  • Comply with WHS legislation and Policy and Procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement process and systems.

About You

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:

  • Current Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
  • Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
