ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about Aged Care and Nursing? Then this is the role for you. We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on a permanent part time basis, with penalty rates in play. We currently have ND shifts on offer with the ability to pick up extra shifts covering planned and unplanned leave.
Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to the elderly in line with Aged Care and Allity standards whilst working within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for completing holistic assessments, developing appropriate care plans, evaluating and determining clinical decisions that guide our care staff.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported. These include:

  • Providing and monitoring the care of residents
  • Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making
  • Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships
  • Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes
  • Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the tea
