ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in acute rehabilitation or related nursing environments.
The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Inpatient Unit is a 16-bed specialist ward located within Liverpool Hospital, dedicated to providing comprehensive care for individuals recovering from acquired and traumatic brain injuries. Accredited by both the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine, Royal Australasian College of Physicians, and the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards, the Unit is recognised for its commitment to clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and person-centred rehabilitation.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical competence in rehabilitation or acute care settings, with the ability to deliver holistic and culturally responsive care that reflects the Unit’s purpose and values. A strong commitment to enhancing health outcomes for the diverse communities across South Western Sydney Local Health District is essential.
