Our goal-focused therapy guides our patients in their journey to independence and reintegration into community. Our team works diligently towards improving the physical, cognitive and communication problems caused by an injury or illness.  We work with our patients to improve their quality of life and support their desire to return to meaningful activities. This is a part-time RN for the float team to support all areas of rehab and transitional services. Our patient’s success is optimized by self-motivation, active participation and family support.
