We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Aged Care, to deliver inclusive and person-centred quality care and support at both our Busselton and Dunsborough facilities.

We offer a variety of family-friendly shifts- AM, PM and Nights, to suit any lifestyle. 

• Competitive hourly rates ranging from $45- $55 AUD (depending on experience).
• We offer accommodation for a solo incumbent in a fully furnished Capecare shared house. Capecare will provide free accommodation during the 3-month probation period, and then a weekly rental fee will apply.
• Please note: A personal vehicle and driver's license will be essential for transport between both facilities.
• Access to our fantastic salary sacrifice benefits of up to $18,500 AUD (tax-free)
• Ongoing training and opportunities for growth
• Sponsorship options are available upon successful completion of probation periods ( must have 1 year until expiry on current visa).

Key responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operational management of our facilities in the beautiful location of Dunsborough and Busselton 
• Ensure residents experience person-centred care and services
• Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of Capecare
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
• Budgeting and financial management and staff management
