Location: Sanford, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Day or Night Shifts (Rotating Weekends) Pay: $29.00–$42.13/hr (DOE) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case Shift Differentials: $4.50/hr nights | $1.50/hr weekends Join a high-performing 27-bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit specializing in both cardiac and neurological patient care. This team manages telemetry patients, post-CABG, MI, chest pain, arrhythmias, and other high-acuity diagnoses. The unit is known for strong teamwork, supportive leadership, and a focus on patient safety and outcomes.
