Registered Nurse - Cardiac Neuro Telemetry (Med-Tele) Location: Sanford, FL Schedule: Full-Time Day or Night Shifts (Rotating Weekends) Pay Range: $29.00 to $42.13 per hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis) Shift Differentials: $4.50/hr for nights, $1.50/hr for weekends Join a high-performing medical-surgical telemetry unit delivering exceptional care to patients with cardiac and neurological conditions. This 27-bed unit manages telemetry patients, post-CABG, myocardial infarction, chest pain, and similar high-acuity diagnoses. The facility is known for strong teamwork, supportive leadership, and a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
